After the rebellion fails, a close friend dies, and betrayal from within, Player 456, Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae), falls into the abyss of despair. However, the Squid Game doesn’t stop for anyone. Gi-hun and the remaining players are forced to play increasingly deadly games, their willpower severely tested. With no way out, Gi-hun is forced to make crucial decisions, and every choice they make is like a domino, pushing them step by step toward more serious consequences. Meanwhile, Hwang In-ho (played by Lee Byung-hun) returns to his position as the "Front Man," greeting a mysterious VIP, while his brother, Hwang Jun-ho (played by Wi Ha-joon), continues to search for the elusive game island, unaware that a traitor has already infiltrated his team.
